Charlton Hill Brings in the New!
Just when we were grateful to have 2020 behind us, then 2021 rolled in bringing additional challenges. We hope that 2022 will be a banner year for our community. Work has continued, despite "supply chain issues." Multiple trees and shrubs were trimmed. Plantings were replaced and the back ridge is was cleared. Most of the signage is completed with the exception of replacement of the entry sign on Whitney and Charlton Hill Road. Lighting has been updated on the exterior and entry of each condominium with attractive, more appropriate lights for the development.
Bringing in the new includes our board of directors. At the Charlton Hill annual meeting the following residents were elected to serve the board, while others maintained their term: President, Ashley Voos, Vice President, Evan Warren, Treasurer, Joanne Manginelli, and Secretary, Nancy Gallucci. Directors include: Andrea Goldstein, Mike Healy and Ivan Shang. Thank you to Carole Passarelli and Bill Riley for your years of service and dedication on the Charlton Hill Board of Directors.

Energy “Crisis?”
By Jared Scandiffio
Energy costs continue to rise. As a 50-year-old community, Charlton Hill requires ongoing upgrades in building materials. Original windows and doors lack the necessary seals resulting in the loss of heat and cooling. New England winters may require "turning up the heat." Here are some suggestions to help keep those energy bills down as well as recommendations for replacing windows, doors, furnaces and water heaters.

Splish, Splash, Pool Renovation has begun!
After years of enjoying our beautifully located pool, approval of the budget included renovation and modernization. The board of directors hired Marine Pool Renovation, LLC, to complete the project. You will see temporary paths for construction vehicles and hear machinery as progress is being made. We will be providing updates as the pool renovation occurs with late Spring, 2022 as the target opening date.
